Handoff Guard Privacy Policy

Handoff Guard ("the extension") is not affiliated with Anthropic.

What we access. On https://claude.ai the extension reads your usage figures and, only when you click Handoff or Export, the current conversation — using your existing logged-in browser session.

Where it goes. Nowhere. Usage readings are stored in your browser's local extension storage. Handoff text goes to your clipboard; exports are saved as files to your computer. We operate no servers and never transmit, sell, or share chat content or usage data.

Payments. Paid features use ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com), which uses Stripe. ExtensionPay stores your email and payment status to unlock Pro; we never see your card details. See ExtensionPay's and Stripe's privacy policies.

Analytics. None.

Removal. Uninstalling the extension deletes all locally stored data.
